Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certificate in culinary arts or related field.
• Valid Food Handler’s License required.
• Valid State Driver’s License with two years’ driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up station with mise en place for service.
• Prepare food items using predetermined methods.
• Cook all foods according to recipes and quality standards.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely.
• Minimize waste and maintain stock rotation.
• Monitor food quality and presentation during preparation.
• Assist on various stations as needed and manage ticket pace.
