Qualifications

• Three years minimum of cooking experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel environment.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food preparation.
• Assist with training new kitchen associates.
• Supervise and mentor cooks and kitchen staff.
• Skillfully prepare hot and cold foods meeting high standards.
