Responsibilities

• Check recipes and ensure items follow production standards.

• Prepare food following recipe cards and standards.
• Rotate and label perishables and manage storage.
• Assist in keeping buffet stocked and returning unused items.
• Identify shortages and assist in cost-control measures.
