We are seeking motivated individuals for back-of-house positions, including Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, Dishwashers, and other food and beverage support roles.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience is preferred but not required for select positions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout an entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-first attitude.
• Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service in a professional and friendly manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare, cook, and present food according to hotel and brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, bars, kitchens, banquet spaces, and workstations.
• Set up and break down banquet events, meetings, and special functions.
• Assist with food preparation, stocking, and replenishing supplies.
• Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment while maintaining sanitation standards.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide an outstanding guest experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support Food & Beverage operations.
