Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in kitchen preparation and line cook duties.
• Ability to maintain high quality and consistency in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Know-how to follow sanitation and cleanliness standards (DHEC/regulations).
• Strong communication with managers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepares and maintains high quality cuisine.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation and adheres to kitchen rules.
• Closes the kitchen properly and assists others in closing tasks.
• Reports shortages or quality issues to Chef promptly.
