Pelican Bay Foundation in Naples, FL seeks a Full-Time Line Cook to join its Food & Beverage team. You will prepare dishes to high standards, work under pressure, and contribute to memorable member experiences.

You'll collaborate with the Executive and Sous Chefs, maintain strict health and safety practices, and participate in a dynamic year-round kitchen environment with a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a culinary/hospitality environment.
• Experience delivering outstanding customer service while collaborating with team.
• Ability to meet physical requirements: standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality items according to standardized recipes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor member satisfaction and address issues professionally.
• Maintain proper setup of assigned area and securely store items at end of shift.
