The Sunny in Sunny Isles Beach is seeking an experienced line cook to join our oceanfront kitchen team. You will prepare dishes, assist multiple stations, and ensure top-notch presentation and sanitation to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in a full‑service restaurant, strong English, and a culinary arts background. Flexible shifts and a professional, polished demeanor are required for this fast-paced luxury resort environment.

Competenze

• 3–5 years experience in a full‑service restaurant.
• Ability to translate recipes into dishes and maintain high presentation.
• Strong English communication and polished appearance.
• Comfort with varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of company/department rules and procedures; 18+ years old.

Mansioni

• Prepare food according to recipes and guests' requests.
• Assist stations with prep, cooking and plating (broiler, sauté, fryer, garde manger).
• Maintain presentation and quality; ensure sanitation and organization.
• Adhere to health code regulations and standards; manage inventory.
• Attend daily briefings and pre-shifts; obtain position licenses.
• Support by using personal device for job tasks; perform other duties as assigned.
