Dockside 1953, the nautical-inspired restaurant at the Bahia Resort Hotel, is seeking a Line Cook III to join Evans Hotels, LLC. You will prepare all menu items at a dedicated station with care for ingredients, technique and teamwork, delivering guest-ready dishes in a fast-paced kitchen.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, weekend/holiday availability, and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience and/or training.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that quality is never compromised and service never delayed, delivering the best guest experience.
• Maintains fresh mise en place at all times to ensure the highest level of cookery.
• Assists other cooks to achieve goals, fostering teamwork and camaraderie.
• Prepares and presents menu items in a specific station (line).
• Maintains the highest level of cleanliness per Health Department and hotel standards.
• Rotates stock to maintain freshness and eliminate waste.
• Regular and predictable attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Follows established safety and emergency procedures.
