Responsibilities

• Ensures quality and timely service for best guest experience.
• Maintains mise en place and orderly station at all times.
• Assists other cooks to achieve goals and teamwork.
• Prepares and presents menu items at assigned station (line).
• Maintains cleanliness per Health Department and hotel standards.
• Prepares entrees following recipes and established techniques.
• Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Rotates stock to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
• Adheres to safety and emergency procedures.
• Performs additional duties as directed by leadership.
