Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Culinary arts courses or the equivalent experience.
Three+ (3+) years’ experience as a line of restaurant cook.
Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by MSLA or applicable entity.

Responsibilities

Produce meals from standardized recipes.
Prepare, portion, and cook food accordingly.
Maintain stations prepared to meet business levels and assist staff.
Participate in daily cleaning and sanitation.
Handle high-volume cooking and plating with consistent quality.
Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure safety and timeliness.
