Job summary

Invited is a premier hospitality company seeking a dependable Cook 2 to join the kitchen team. You will be responsible for set-up, daily prep, and organization of your workstation, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

This role collaborates closely with Cook 1 and Cook 3 to maintain smooth kitchen operations in a fast-paced club environment. You will help with menu planning, recipe development, and training, while upholding sanitation standards and supporting leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state and city regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and organize workstation for daily prep and production.
• Prepare and store all food items for your station.
• Maintain proper cooking techniques and presentation of dishes.
• Prepare complete meals including soups, meats, vegetables, salads and desserts.
• Receive and store goods for the kitchen as requested.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Assist in cleaning and inventory control.
• Interact professionally with members and guests and respond to special requests.
