Hotel Carmichael, part of Coury Hospitality, is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to support breakfast through dinnerservice in a luxury setting. You will set up stations, prepare a variety of menu items, and ensure quality and safety throughout the shift.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of full-service kitchen experience, with fine dining or luxury hotel exposure preferred. This on-site role requires flexibility for nights and weekends and a strong commitment to sanitation and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Two years of culinary experience in a full-service kitchen.
• Fine dining or luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Ability to weigh and measure ingredients.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and overtime.

Responsabilités

• Sets up, clears and breaks down work station.
• Prepares items following recipes and portions.
• Cooks a variety of items including roasting, broiling, baking, frying, steaming, and stewing meat, fish, and poultry.
• Safely operates kitchen equipment and follows safety procedures.
• Cleans and maintains work areas, tools, and floors.
• Identifies hazards and reports maintenance issues.
• Controls waste and maintains food costs.
• Maintains sanitation and proper storage temperatures.
• Continues training in food preparation, safety, and sanitation.
• Responds to questions and provides high level customer service.
• Performs additional tasks as assigned by management.
