Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Line Cook to prepare delicious menu items, uphold safety, and deliver a consistent guest experience. You will be an expert on recipes, prep standards, and equipment while maintaining cleanliness and proper portions.

The role requires 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience, 18+ years old with Food Handlers Certification, and a team-focused mindset with strong communication. Shifts include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Minimum 6 months Line Cook or Prep Cook experience.
• 18+ years old and Food Handlers Certification as required.
• Adhere to uniform standards.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepping and cooking menu items per recipes.
• Minimize food waste through proper portions and reducing errors.
• Coordinate with service team to ensure freshness and timely delivery.
• Follow all health department procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and stocked station before, during and after shifts.
• Perform opening, mid-day or closing duties as assigned.
