Job summary

Gravity Haus Truckee-Tahoe is seeking a Line Cook to join our winter kitchen team. You will prepare and plate high-quality dishes with precision, maintaining consistency across service while supporting station setup and cross-training with teammates.

The role requires 1–2 years of cooking experience, strong culinary knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Food Handler’s Certification or ability to obtain is preferred.
