Job summary

Gravity Haus is seeking a Line Cook to prepare and execute high-quality dishes with precision, consistency, and efficiency during service, ensuring every plate meets our culinary and presentation standards. This hands-on role supports the kitchen team and contributes to smooth service and memorable dining experiences.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of pro cooking experience, solid knowledge of techniques and equipment, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional cooking experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items during service, maintaining quality, speed, and consistency.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
• Support cross-training efforts and collaborate with other team members.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
