Gravity Haus in Breckenridge, Colorado is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll prepare and execute high-quality dishes with precision, maintaining consistency and speed during service.

We offer full-time hours, health insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and Gravity Haus memberships with adventure perks. 1–2 years of cooking experience and a Food Handler’s certification are preferred. Cross-training and teamwork are encouraged in our dynamic mountain-lodge setting.

Formación

• 1–2 years of professional cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to work confidently across Grill, Sauté, and Cold stations.
• Ability to read and prioritize tickets accurately during high-volume service.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook menu items during service, maintaining quality, speed, and consistency.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
• Support cross-training efforts and collaborate with other team members.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with fellow line cooks to coordinate orders and timing.
• Maintain strong awareness of ticket times and coordinate with the team to ensure food is completed and reaches the window together and on time.
