Bally's Corporation is seeking a dedicated line cook to prepare and cook menu items according to brand standards at our South Lake Tahoe kitchen.

You will execute prep and cooking tasks, plate meals for service, and maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and storage areas. The role requires reliable attendance and adherence to safety and quality procedures, with English communication as a must.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and cook all items according to company standards, including seasoning, finish and garnishment of all food items and entrees.
• Perform basic cooking operations (deep fat frying, broiling, steaming, sauteing, basic oven work) and plate for large functions.
• Use kitchen tools and utensils safely, including knives, slicers, choppers, mixers, steamers and braziers.
• Work assigned station with responsibility for cleanliness and sanitation of the area.
• Assist other kitchen personnel as needed and transport food to workstations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in coolers and dry storage areas.
