Strong knife skills and culinary knowledge are required to support high-volume service. Responsibilities include maintaining food safety standards, coordinating with the team, and adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Food Handler’s Certificate required.
• 2–3 years of restaurant production/cooking experience.
• Experience with char-grill, range, steamer, fryers, and ovens preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare hot and cold menu items and follow recipes.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and proper rotation of stock.
• Set up and restock kitchen and support line cooks as needed.
