Qualifikationen

• 2 years of food preparation or kitchen operations experience.
• 6 months of experience in an upscale dining or steakhouse environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment.
• Must have experience working all stations on the line.

Aufgaben

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
• Ensure your workstation is properly set up and stocked for efficient dining service.
• Prepare sauces, menu items, and daily specials in accordance with recipes, yield guides, and plating standards.
• Fabricate meat, fish, and poultry to meet menu specifications.
• Ensure all dishes are executed with consistency, quality, and timeliness.
• Communicate proactively with the Room Chef regarding product shortages before items run out.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment and work areas, ensuring compliance with Health Department regulations.
• Follow the direction of the Room Chef and Room Manager while upholding departmental standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned
