Bally's Corporation is seeking a dedicated line cook to join our kitchen team in the United States. You will prepare and cook menu items to Bally's standards, ensuring timely service and quality.

This role requires strong organizational skills, ability to work at a fast pace, and teamwork to support service demands. You will maintain cleanliness, manage prep for shifts, and assist other kitchen staff as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all menu items per Bally's standards, including seasoning, finishing and garnishing.
• Perform basic cooking operations (frying, broiling, steaming, sautéing, oven work).
• Plate and dish food for service and large functions.
• Use kitchen tools and utensils such as knives, slicers, mixers, steamers and braziers.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation at your assigned kitchen station.
• Assist other kitchen staff as required.
• Proper use and storage of food items and supplies.
• Complete prep for the next shift.
• Transport food and supplies to workstations as needed.
• Keep coolers and dry storage clean and organized.
• Provide guidance to peers to ensure tasks are completed.
• Maintain regular attendance as scheduled.
• Adhere to Bally's Purpose and Value Model at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
