Job summary

Invited is seeking a Cook 2 to manage setup, prep, and organization of a station, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. You will work with Cook 1 and Cook 3, supporting smooth kitchen operations and maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

As a junior-level role, you will learn culinary techniques, assist in menu planning, and contribute to events, with supervision from leadership and more experienced team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years experience in the kitchen.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prep for your station and organize workstation.
• Prepare and store all food items for your station.
• Maintain proper cooking techniques and presentation for daily items.
• Prepare meals including soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, salads, baked goods.
• Receive and store goods for kitchen.
• Interact with members and guests; address requests and service recovery.
