Limelight Hotels is seeking a Cook II in Boulder, CO to participate in the preparation, production, and service of menu items under the Chef de Cuisine. You will maintain cleanliness, ensure timely cooking, and uphold high quality and safety standards in a guest-facing kitchen when required.

Qualifications

• Culinary school graduate preferred.
• 1-2 years in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• ServSafe or similar food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment.
• Prepare and serve items per recipes and chef specs.
• Follow daily prep list for service readiness.
• Assist with storage of food deliveries.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and train others.
• Ensure portions and presentation meet standards.
