Job summary

Limelight Hotels in Boulder, CO is seeking a Cook II to participate in the preparation, production and service of menu items under the Chef de Cuisine. You will follow established recipes, maintain cleanliness and ensure timely, high-quality meals.

The role pays $22.00 to $26.40 per hour with a posting deadline of October 4, 2026. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Boulder location with opportunities to grow within Aspen One hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Culinary school graduate preferred; hospitality experience a plus.
• 1-2 years in a commercial kitchen preferred; ServSafe or similar certification preferred.
• Strong English communication; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and keep to high quality standards.
• Follow daily prep lists and assist with storage of deliveries.
• Work a station during service and interact with guests when needed.
• Support Chef de Cuisine and Sous chef in daily operations.
