Job summary

Limelight Boulder is looking for a Banquet Pastry Cook II to handle all pastry and baked goods in a luxury hotel setting. You will learn and advance in knife skills, banquet and room-service coverage, menu planning, and chocolate work, under the guidance of the Executive Chef and culinary leadership.

The position pays $22.00–$26.40 per hour, based on budget and experience, and is a regular full-time role with benefits. Applications accepted until the posted deadline.

Qualifications

• Culinary certificate or associate degree in pastry arts preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ pastry cook experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains dessert station mise en place and production sheets.
• Prepares recipes with minimal supervision for daily service.
• Supervises other pastry cooks in recipe preparation and job functions.
• Plates desserts to order according to standards.
• Ensures station cleanliness and completes daily production list.
• Operates under supervision when needed and assists other departments as volume arises.
