Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment and prep areas.
• Prepare and serve items according to recipes and chef specs.
• Follow daily prep list to ensure items are ready for service.
• Assist with storage of food deliveries.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and train others.
• Ensure accurate portion sizes and timely service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth operation.
• Other duties as assigned.
