Job summary

Limelight Hotels by Aspen One is seeking a Cook to prepare and cook diverse menu items according to established recipes while upholding food safety standards. The role supports all kitchen operations and reports to the Chef de Cuisine in Aspen, CO, with compensation ranging from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience.

The position requires 1–3 years of experience, a culinary degree or equivalent preferred, and ServSafe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of food preparation experience required.
• ServSafe or similar food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook items according to recipes and Chef specifications.
• Follow daily prep lists to ensure items are ready for service.
• Set up, work, and break down assigned stations (sauté, grill, roasting).
• Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary work environment.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and perform basic cleaning and maintenance.
