Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry and vegetables using broilers, ovens, grills and fryers.
• Provide quality customer service to residents, families, coworkers and vendors.
• Prepare items for cooking by portioning, battering, breading, seasoning.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work stations and equipment.
• Follow standard portion sizes, recipes, and kitchen policies.
• Stock line stations to ensure smooth service and rotation of products.
• Assist in food prep during off-peak periods as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and report hazards or accidents.
