Canterbury Woods, a continuing care retirement community in Buffalo, NY, is seeking an experienced line cook for a full-time role (37.5 hours/week) with hours ending at 7:30pm. You will prepare meals per menus, assist with therapeutic diets, and support events and daily meal service.

Responsabilités

• Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus.
• Prepare food for therapeutic diets per planned menus.
• Assist in food preparation for special meals, parties, etc.
• Assist in serving meals in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
