Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Food handlers permit.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment.

• Able to work under time constraints to produce food to standard.
• Ability to obtain a Class II Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items for production per established recipes.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and equipment.
• Monitor food temperatures per health standards.
• Assist with banquet food preparation as directed.
• Train new kitchen staff as needed.
