Job summary

Nisqually Red Wind Casino is seeking a dedicated cook for the vegetable station to support high-volume kitchen operations. You will prepare fresh vegetables, grains, and related items, plate dishes with appropriate garnishes, and maintain a clean, sanitary work area to ensure quality guest service.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of high-volume cooking experience, possess a food handler permit, and can work peak hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years high-volume kitchen experience.
• Food handler permit.
• Ability to take initiative.
• Knowledge of occupational safety issues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Follow instructions and food preparation sheets.
• Must pass NRWC pre-employment testing.
• Ability to work peak business hours.
• Ability to obtain a Class II Gaming License.
