Mistequa Casino Hotel in Chewelah, WA is seeking a Casino Line Cook to join our kitchen team. Full-time position offering $19.00 per hour plus tips, with responsibilities including cooking meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other items, plus plating and garnishing of dishes.

The role requires the ability to work a variety of shifts, maintain high food quality, adhere to health and safety regulations, and collaborate with cooks, dishwashers, and servers to ensure a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year previous cooking experience required.
• Must obtain a food handlers card within 30 days of employment and keep it current.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other food products.
• Prepare and portion food products prior to cooking and garnish cooked items.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in accordance with health regulations.
• Follow recipes and standard procedures to ensure high-quality meals.
• Work with team members to ensure smooth, efficient operation on shifts.
