Evergreen Dining LLC in Covington, WA is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to prepare menu items quickly and in line with company specifications. You will follow recipe books, handle meats, fish, poultry, gravies, soups, and vegetables, and work in a fast-paced kitchen.

You must read and organize tickets, maintain high quality, communicate with teammates, and uphold safety and cleanliness while wearing required PPE. Experience preferred; you will join a team committed to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to read, organize and coordinate tickets.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipe book to prepare and cook meats, fish, poultry, gravies, soups, vegetables.
• Cut, broil, sauté, and fry.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness at all times.
• Unpack and organize received goods.
• Read, organize and coordinate tickets for orders.
• Communicate with team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
