Job summary

Hilton in Indianapolis is seeking a Cook I to join our luxury hotel culinary team, working across outlets including Signature Restaurant, Sky Lounge, Rooftop Deck, Banquets and Club Signia.

As part of a dynamic kitchen, you’ll prepare high-quality dishes, manage guest orders, execute complex recipes, inspect plates before service, and maintain a clean, well-organized workspace while following safety standards. This role offers growth in a premier hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Delight guests by managing orders efficiently and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Execute complex recipes, oversee stations, quality control and inventory checks
• Inspect all preparations and plates ahead of serving to ensure quality and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following food handling and safety protocols
• Coordinate timing and plating, manage/direct cooks during shifts, assist with inventory and ordering
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
