Hilton in Indianapolis is seeking a Cook II to join our culinary team across outlets including Signature Restaurant, Sky Lounge, Rooftop Deck, Banquets, and Club Signia. You’ll contribute to high-volume service, learn new stations, and grow within a luxury hospitality environment.

The role focuses on preparing quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and delivering memorable dining experiences for guests at our premier hotel.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to prepare high-quality menu items per recipes and standards.
• Good knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation, and food handling.
• Comfort working in a high-volume hotel culinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Delight guests by efficiently managing orders and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Execute advanced cooking techniques and station work as needed
• Inspect all preparations to ensure quality and presentation prior to serving
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and sanitary food handling practices
• Manage multiple tickets/orders, assist with training, and support supervision duties when required
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
