Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas.
• Assist in opening/closing duties and prep per menu of the day.
• Prepare menu items following recipes and plating guides.
• Inform Chef on Duty of shortages and communicate 86'd items to service staff.
• Maintain proper storage procedures and minimize waste.
