Qualifications

• 4 years of professional line cook experience in a full-service establishment, such as a restaurant or hotel, where most products were prepared on premises from fresh ingredients using standardized recipes.
• 2 years elated food preparation experience AND six months Line Cook experience in a hospital setting.
• Upon hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food products using basic and advanced cooking techniques, and plating guidelines.
• Meet production schedules in accordance with health, safety and sanitary procedures.
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of equipment, supplies, and work areas throughout the shift.
• Participate in recipe and menu development, showcase culinary skills and products.
