Qualifications

• 4 years professional line cook experience in a full-service establishment using standardized recipes.
• 2 years elated food preparation experience AND six months Line Cook experience in a hospital setting.
• Upon hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority.

• Prepare food items using basic and advanced cooking techniques, standard recipes, and plating guidelines.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining health, safety, and sanitary procedures.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of equipment, supplies, and work areas; assist in recipe and menu development.
