Tao Group Hospitality is hiring a line cook in a fast-paced, high-volume venue in New York. You will prepare hot and cold dishes, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain clean, sanitary stations while following TAO standards.

This role requires at least 1 year of line cook experience and preference for prior work in high-volume settings. Tao Group Hospitality offers in-venue line cook training and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year line cook experience or equivalent Tao Group Hospitality experience.
• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge preferred.
• Training through Tao Group Hospitality in-venue line cook program required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all restaurant foods, hot and cold, across stations to TAO standards.
• Follow orders accurately from POS and expeditor.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station.
• Set up station and perform opening/closing duties per management directions.
• Communicate needs to chefs and staff; work as part of a team.
