The role requires 2 years of line cook experience and comfort working in high-volume operations; strong teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-year culinary line cook experience is required.
• Experience as a line cook in a high-volume operation is preferred.
• Ability to write and verbally communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all restaurant foods, hot and cold, meeting company standards.
• Follow orders from POS and expeditor accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the station.
• Stock and set up the station, perform opening/closing duties.
