Job summary

LaunchPad Golf, the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community's newest enterprise, seeks a skilled line cook for high-volume service and events. Prepare and cook menu items, set up stations, and work with the team to ensure quality, consistency, and timely service.

Qualifications

• Two years culinary education/experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices.
• Experience with cutting tools and cookware.
• Ability to follow recipes and prep duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes.
• Set up and stock workstations with ingredients and tools.
• Participate in daily prep including chopping and marinating.
• Maintain food quality and portion sizes to minimize waste.
• Follow sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean kitchen.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure timely service.
• Organize cooler and storage areas.
