Puttshack USA in Minneapolis is seeking a Line Cook to prepare, plate, and garnish menu items while upholding the Executive Chef's exacting standards. You will set up the station, maintain sanitation, and contribute to a guest-focused dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen.
• Experience operating, cleaning and maintaining kitchen tools and appliances (knives, grills, etc.).
• Must obtain any licenses or certifications per state/local requirements.
• Ability to communicate clearly to perform and follow requirements safely.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and plate menu items according to recipes and requests.
• Follow prescribed portioning controls and ensure quality.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards across the station.
• Communicate delays or issues to culinary leadership.
• Be a team player and support opening/closing duties.
