Puttshack in Edina, MN is seeking a Line Cook to prepare, plate, and garnish all menu items to the Executive Chef’s standards. You will set up the station, maintain sanitation, and ensure consistent quality for guests in a fast-paced environment.

Our venues operate daily from 11am to 1am with variable schedules. Expect 15–30 hours per week, and enjoy benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) matching, life insurance, and staff discounts on meals and mini golf.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior experience in high volume restaurant kitchen.
• Experience operating, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen tools and appliances such as knives and grills.
• Must obtain any licenses or certifications per state and/or local requirements.
• Ability to communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements safely and effectively
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment

Responsabilités

• Set up station and maintain sanitation.
• Prepare, assemble, and plate menu items.
• Follow prescribed portioning controls and par levels.
• Communicate food delays or issues to Culinary Leadership.
• Read a thermometer and food tickets correctly and efficiently.
• Accurately account for items leaving a station.
• Follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
• Take direction and be a team player.
• Open and close duties as assigned.
