Puttery in Minneapolis blends nightlife with tech-infused mini golf and gourmet dining. We are hiring a Line Cook to prepare menu items according to recipes, set up stations, and maintain a clean workspace to deliver quick, high-quality dishes.

You should have prior high-volume kitchen experience, be a strong team player, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment; availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience in a high-volume environment required; multi-station experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, and physically demanding environment.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for service, including chopping, portioning, mixing, and measuring.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before each shift.
• Cook menu items accurately and efficiently according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout service.
• Label and store all food products properly after each shift.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with training new kitchen team members as requested.
• Communicate equipment or supply needs to management promptly.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
