Job summary

Puttshack is hiring a Line Cook to prepare, plate and garnish menu items in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will set up your station, ensure sanitation standards, and work under the Executive Chef’s exacting guidelines.

Ideal candidates have prior high-volume kitchen experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a lively venue that blends hospitality with entertainment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen.
• Experience operating kitchen tools and appliances such as knives and grills.
• Must obtain any state/local licenses/certifications.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, produce, plate and garnish menu items.
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized station.
• Follow recipes, portion controls and par levels.
• Communicate delays or issues to Culinary Leadership.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Be a team player and support opening/closing duties.
