Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to read recipes and follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, produce, plate and garnish menu items to chef standards.
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized station.
• Follow portioning controls and par levels.
• Communicate delays or issues to leadership.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and MSDS where applicable.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
