Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Must follow recipe details to ensure consistency.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Must be able to read Guest orders.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of foods according to recipes and plate presentation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and station setup, rotate stock and label items.
• Communicate ticket times with service staff and managers to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with line checks and ensure products meet sensitivity guidelines.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and break down stations daily.
