• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prep and cook menu items per recipes.
• Minimize food waste by proper portions; watch for ticket errors.
• Partner with service team to ensure fresh, timely delivery.
• Follow health safety procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Keep station clean and stocked before, during, and after shift.
• Perform opening, mid-day or closing duties as assigned.
