Dave & Buster’s is hiring a Line Cook in Fort Myers, FL. You will prepare menu items to our recipes, uphold safety and sanitation, and maintain a clean, stocked station throughout your shift.

You’ll collaborate with the service team to deliver fresh, timely meals, follow food safety procedures, and help our guests enjoy an unforgettable dining experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience
• 18+ years of age
• Food Handlers Certification, as required
• Comply with uniform standards
• Ready to create a memorable guest experience
• Teamwork is essential
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prep and cook all menu items according to recipes.
• Minimize food waste by proper portions and reducing ticket errors.
• Coordinate with service team to ensure timely, fresh delivery.
• Follow all safety procedures and health department rules.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Keep station clean and stocked before, during, and after shifts.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties as assigned
