The role requires 6+ months of line cooking experience, 18+ with Food Handlers certification, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Flexible schedule with days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of Line Cook and/or Prep Cook experience.
• Must be 18+ with Food Handlers Certification as required.
• Adhere to uniform standards.
• Demonstrate ability to create memorable guest experiences.
• Work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Maintain focus and accuracy under pressure.
• Communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Available for days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes.
• Minimize food waste by proper portioning and avoiding ticket errors.
• Coordinate with service team to ensure food is accurate, fresh, and timely.
• Follow all health department food safety procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and stocked station before, during, and after shifts.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties as assigned.
