Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in food production, fast-paced restaurant, or similar setting.
• Local Food Handler certification (at applicant's expense).
• Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the BOH team for smooth operations.
• Assist in receiving deliveries and proper storage.
